At Car Park Chester, we make it easy to pay for your parking. You can use your card at any Pay Station (we don’t accept cash). For a hassle-free experience, you can sign up for Hozah® Autopay. Your vehicle will be automatically charged when you enter and exit the car park, so you won’t need to worry about tickets or queues. If you prefer, you can also make a one-time online payment for added convenience. Sign up for Hozah® Autopay to pay online.
Pay Stations are located on Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the car park for easy access.
No, payment is required when you leave the car park.
Yes! We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual permits through Hozah®. To purchase a permit, you’ll need to create a Hozah® account first, as this option isn’t available at Pay Stations.
No, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Season ticket holders have access to 401 parking spaces. While spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, our large capacity ensures that finding a spot is rarely an issue.
Yes, Car Park Chester is fitted with 24/7 CCTV monitoring and regular security patrols to ensure your vehicle is safe at all times.
Yes, we provide dedicated spaces for disabled drivers. If you need help, our support team is available during business hours.
Yes, we have designated spaces for parents with children under 12 or those using prams or car seats. These spaces offer extra room for convenience.
No, Car Park Chester is strictly for cars. We do not have spaces for motorcycles, bicycles, or scooters.
